How KidsOnWheels collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

KidsOnWheels (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Nimbco. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you use the KidsOnWheels app or sign up for early access on this website, we may collect:
- Account information — your name and email address when you register or join our mailing list.
- Usage data — information about how you use the app (screens visited, plans created, places saved). This data is anonymised and used only to improve the product.
- Device information — device type, operating system version, and crash reports collected via our analytics provider.
We do not collect precise location data in the background. Location access (if requested) is used only to show nearby places while you are actively using the app, and is never stored or shared.

Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Buttondown — newsletter delivery (your email, if subscribed). Buttondown’s privacy policy: buttondown.com/legal/privacy.
- Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics.
- Firebase / Crashlytics — crash reporting and performance monitoring.
All providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Withdraw consent for processing at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal).

Children’s privacy
KidsOnWheels is designed for parents. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email to registered users.
