These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KidsOnWheels mobile application and website (collectively, “the Service”), operated by Nimbco (“we”, “us”, “our”) in Singapore.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

KidsOnWheels is a consumer app intended for parents and caregivers planning family outings. You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Share, post, or submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or misleading.
• Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure.
• Use the Service to collect data about other users without their consent.

2. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@kidsonwheels.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. User-generated content

When you share a place recommendation or post in the community feed, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

4. Place listings and accuracy

Place listings in KidsOnWheels are based on our personal experience and community contributions. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any listed place. Always verify opening hours and prices directly with the venue before visiting.

5. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from within the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Founder tier pricing is locked in for the lifetime of your active subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, standard pricing applies.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
